Called as Tainan fish, there is several recipe and flavor served. Milk fish is a famous delicacy in the south of Taiwan. After all the bones are removed, it is usually prepared by cooking it with soup or porridge. This dish is best served unseasoned in order to enhance the fresh and tender fish meat.
