Mo Chi is a sweet made from glutinous rice pounded into a paste. This dessert has a soft, chewy, and non-sticky taste. After the rice is cooked, it is kneaded into sticky dough, then fillings, such as peanut powder or red bean paste, are added before sealing it and molding it into a round shape.
